Please use this address for:

product and skincare questions;
help choosing suitable products;
order changes and cancellations;
shipping and tracking enquiries;
damaged, incorrect or missing products;
returns, exchanges and refunds; and
general customer support.

When contacting us about an order, please include your order number and the email address used during checkout.

For a damaged or incorrect product, include clear photographs of the product and packaging where possible.

privacy and cookie enquiries;
formal legal correspondence;
intellectual-property and trademark matters;
formal complaints;
product-safety or serious adverse-reaction reports;
wholesale, retail and distribution enquiries;
press, media and partnership enquiries; and
company administration.

For a GDPR request, please use a clear subject line such as “Data Access Request”, “Data Deletion Request” or “Privacy Enquiry”.

For a product-safety report, include the product name, batch number, order number and a description of the issue. Please do not send unrelated medical information.

For formal privacy or legal matters, email office@vmens.com so that there is a clear written record of your request. Requests received through another channel will still be forwarded to the appropriate contact.

Never send passwords, complete payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through email, contact forms or chat.

Response Time

We aim to respond within 2–5 business days. Complex legal, privacy, delivery or product-safety matters may require additional investigation.

Messages are handled during business days, excluding Danish public holidays.

If you have contacted the wrong email address, we will forward your message internally where appropriate. You do not need to send the same request repeatedly.
