Returns, Cancellations & Hygiene Policy
At Vmen's Cosmetics, we prioritize the health and safety of our customers. Because we sell cosmetics and personal care products, returns are only accepted under the conditions below.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the day the order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Products with broken, damaged, or removed hygiene seals cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.
Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or unsealed products, including but not limited to:
- Cosmetics
- Skincare products
- Personal care items
- Bathroom products
- Sanitary goods
- Intimate hygiene products
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, the return policy above applies.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 business days of delivery at order@vmens.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
After reviewing your request, we will inform you whether a return, replacement, exchange, or refund has been approved.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return, unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
